For this reason we have invested heavily in new technology and have a new state of the art computerised call logging system, with a guaranteed response time of only eight working hours. All of our trained engineering staff are highly qualified and are fully trained by Olivetti, regularly attending Olivetti's product training courses. They are able to offer training on any equipment, giving customers guidance on the wide variety of features and benefits that digital copiers now possess.
With all our photocopiers we offer a variety of service packages, which include all consumables, parts and labour charges. In this way we are able to keep all our machines running at an optimum levels thereby ensuring low running costs. In addition to offering full support services for the Olivetti range we are also able to repair machines of other makes and models. |
